ITAS CORE

Nowadays, users expect to be able to access data from anywhere, at any time and on any device. The Data Portal provides the same comprehensive functionality offered by the Trader Desktop in an intuitive web-based application that combines our extensive knowledge of the community trading industry with up to date technology and an enhanced user experience.

ITAS Core features

Hivedome CTRM

Hivedome provide a range of CTRM solutions that are contained within a series of Business Modules.

Clients can configure their ITAS system to provide access to the modules that suit the operational requirements of their business.

Trader Desktop

The Core Business Modules available to the Trader Desktop handle contract administration (physicals and derivatives), position and valuation reporting, purchasing, production scheduling, material processing, storage, inventory management, traceability, transportation, marketing and distribution.

Alerts and Notifications

The ITAS Alerts service enables administrators to create alerts that are assigned to specific users that trigger a notification when specific parameters have changed within the database.

Data Management

ITAS provides a comprehensive data management facility. A range of additional resources are also available that compliment our core service and enable our clients to store, modify and process data based on their operational requirements.

Data Portal

The ITAS Data Portal is a web based application that provides the comprehensive trading functionality offered by the Trader Desktop in an intuitive user interface that offers enhanced Data, Document and Reporting Management facilities.

Document Storage

All of your documents and files are stored in the Doc Man filing system and they can be viewing and managed in the Document Manager. This includes unstructured files such as PDFs, images and scans.

Workflow Management

ITAS offers 2 types of workflow services; a scripted workflow that is managed by the Workflow API and triggers a simple action, and a more logic based system that allows clients to create more complex processes that can be triggered by events or data changes.

OData Service

API-enabled access was once the sole preserve of Enterprise operations, i.e. those with in-house development capability. In order to bridge the gap and allow citizen-driven API integrations we have introduced the OData (Open Data Protocol) Service.
