Document Management is of increasing importance in today's digital world and ITAS offers fully integrated solutions to both Desktop and remote workers. ITAS provides the ability to both store and retrieve documents either generated through Core Module Applications or external processes (email attachments, scanned documents).
The Trader Desktop and Data Portal provide a simple search and list interface that includes all historical index information provided by the Heritage system.
Documents such as Invoices, Instructions or Confirmations can be generated using pre-defined templates or custom templates and can be added to workflows so the creation and distribution can be based on system events.

All of your data assets and documents can be viewed in a grid that lists each item and its associated properties. The details of each item can be accessed or edited directly in the grid or from the actions provided in the ribbon. A range of options are also provided to shape way your documents are presented.
One of the key features offered by the Data Portal is the Data Views and Extended Properties. We have employed a task-driven approach where a unique user or group can access the specific data and toolset they require to complete a task or operation. The Data Views (tasks) can be accessed directly from the primary navigation, and the additional data and tools (Extended Properties) will be available.

The Data Portal extends the capabilities of the current Document Management system used in the ITAS heritage applications. Documents can be assigned with data tags that links them to other files, data and entities so they can be easily retrieved or assigned during to your operations. You can also create HTML templates that can be used to generate documents with ITAS data that can then be distributed or exported as part of a system process.
