An important element in any trading operational process is the provision of documentation. This includes the generation, retrieval and distribution of information to internal and external stakeholders. ITAS provides a range of solutions for creating and exporting documents that compliment the Document Manager facilities available for all subscribers.

Core subscribers can use pre-defined templates to generate RTF documents. Premium and Enterprise subscribers can use the Template Manager in the Data Portal to create HTML templates that can be used to generate customised RTF or PDF documents on demand. Document references can be added to workflows and Enterprise subscribers can use the Events API to add distribution options (such as email, MS Teams, etc) that can be triggered by system events.
